Afternoon Tea is served daily from 1:30pm to 3:30pm in three courses of warm scones with clotted cream and preserves, savoury sandwiches and desserts, with a choice of teas or coffee. Booking is essential; weekend seatings are limited to 90 minutes.

Wenham

The Wenham Tea House was built in 1916 by the Wenham Village Improvement Society, which still owns and maintains the building today. Its current restaurant tenant, French-Mediterranean bistro Plat du Jour, carries on the tradition with afternoon tea served Saturdays from 2:30 to 4:30 PM by reservation only. The bistro also offers fine dining, Sunday brunch, and a retail gourmet shop.
