Victorian railway hotel opened in 1854, serving Afternoon Tea in its drawing rooms Wednesday to Sunday from 1pm to 3pm. The 2026 menu pairs a savoury selection of foie gras and fig tarte, cured beef brioche roll and smoked salmon tartare cone with classic cucumber and egg sandwiches, fruit and plain scones with limoncello curd, and mini desserts including carrot cake and macaroon. A children's afternoon tea is offered.
