Afternoon tea is the oldest continuing tradition at The Ritz-Carlton, Montreal, served since 1912 in the hotel's Palm Court. Three daily seatings at 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM bring fine teas, homemade sandwiches, scones and pastries from the hotel's pastry chef, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and (with 48 hours' notice) Glatt Kosher versions. Dress is casual and reservations are required in advance.
