Cafe Barnabas is a not-for-profit tea cafe in Topeka's West Ridge Mall, staffed primarily by volunteer students who train in tea preparation and hospitality. It pours socially sourced loose-leaf teas alongside an on-site kombucha microbrewery, real-fruit-puree bubble teas, and nitro chai on draft, and has earned Best of Topeka honors.
