Docton Mill is a gold-medal garden in North Devon whose tea room wraps around the garden terrace and Mill House, with a wood-burning stove in the granary room at either end of the season. Food is prepared in the granary kitchen; the site says it was voted Best Cream Tea in Devon and Best Tea Room in North Devon at the North Devon Food & Drink Awards, and it opens 1 April to 5 October, closed Sundays.
