The menu of finger sandwiches, scones and pastries is created under Head Pastry Chef Orna Larkin and is paired with a collection of 25 Shibui loose-leaf teas. Perrier-Jouët champagne upgrades and gluten-free options are available.

Dublin loose-leaf tea importer founded in December 2010, with a café and store in Portobello open seven days. The owners visit the gardens that supply them, from Darjeeling to Taiwan, and carry around 150 tea varieties across black, green, yellow, white, oolong, pu-erh and matcha. The café serves a full brunch, lunch and afternoon tea menu and roasts its own coffee.
