Galway's design-led five-star hotel serves Afternoon Tea daily from 1pm to 4:30pm in its signature lounges. The pastry team's menu includes prawn cocktail brioche, coronation chicken sandwiches, smoked trout mousse choux, fruit and cheddar-chive scones, a mocha éclair and a pistachio, rose and strawberry tartlet. Teas are from Ronnefeldt and include the hotel's own Great G Tea; Bollinger champagne and cocktails are optional.
