Notch8's private dining room hosts a series of seasonally themed afternoon teas featuring Fairmont's signature tea blends and tiers of finger sandwiches, scones and desserts from the in-house pastry shop. The current theme, Among the Trees with Emily Carr, runs May 22 to September 20, 2026. Reservations are required and a takeaway tea is available Thursday to Sunday by pre-order.
